Renata Leka is a Partner at Boga & Associates, which she joined in 1998.

Her practice is mainly focused on commercial transactions, regulatory advice and project finance, advising numerous foreign investors in acquisitions and implementation of business law matters, energy, project finance and concessions.  Her experience covers both international and domestic work across the full range of industry sectors, corporate, concessions, and infrastructure projects.

Ms. Leka is described as a “highly regarded” lawyer and ranked as a “leading individual” by major international legal directories. She has more than 20 years of commercial, corporate and finance experience in the energy sector, including a large number of landmark transactions in the market.

Further, she is an authorised trademark agent and has ample experience in trademark filing strategy, portfolio management and trademark prosecution, and handles a range of international matters involving IPR issues. 

Ms. Leka manages anti-piracy and anti-counterfeit programmes regarding violation of copyright in Albania and assists international clients in all aspects of the IPR.  She is active in all activities vis-à-vis public authorities in matters of IPR in Albania. Ms. Leka also advises on matters of consumer protection, product liability and competition in both jurisdictions Albania and Kosovo.
