IRS Proposes New Racial Nondiscrimination Regulations For Tax-exempt Private Schools

The US Treasury and IRS have proposed regulations that would eliminate longstanding exceptions allowing tax-exempt private schools to maintain race-conscious admissions and scholarship policies.
