Comparing timeframes (January 1 through June 9) year-over-year since 2015, there is a notable increase in the number of deals for 2020, with 533 PIPEs completed already.  Similarly, in 2020, the proceeds raised through PIPE transactions has increased, compared to prior years, with more and  larger transactions being completed.
