He has represented clients in matters involving patent infringement, biosimilars, ANDA litigation and licensing disputes. Mr. Lu also represents clients in connection with proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His prior life sciences industry clients have included Genentech, Biogen, Gilead Sciences and Santarus (now Salix Pharmaceuticals).
