Steven Goldenberg was quoted in The Record article "PSE&G Wants Coalition Tossed from Hearings on $3.9 Billion Project." While the full text can be found in the October 16, 2013, issue of The Record, a synopsis is noted below.

Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) has asked state regulators to revoke the New Jersey Large Energy Users Coalition's authority to participate in legal proceedings connected to the company's $3.9 billion improvement plan to weather-proof New Jersey's power system.

Steven Goldenberg, the coalition's lawyer, said "they don't want us in the case because we will subject their petition to rigorous analysis. They have not justified the need to spend $4 billion."
