Dr Hassan Elhais, Legal Consultant at Al Rowaad Advocates & Legal Consultancy, explained the proposed initiative taken by the the Federal Governmental Human Resources Authority to set up a retirement fund. He said, "This initiative will provide the expat employees with the opportunity to receive additional financial returns along with the end-of-service gratuity payment. Accordingly, employees shall have sufficient financial resources since the employee's tenure will be long and he could have the opportunity to get a good lump sum amount."
