Yapay Zeka Ve Telif Hakkı

Turkish lawmakers have introduced a groundbreaking legislative proposal that would regulate AI-generated content under copyright law, requiring commercial use of AI outputs to obtain licenses when they compete with or substitute human-created works. The proposal addresses the legal vacuum surrounding generative AI systems like ChatGPT, which have rapidly integrated into daily life since 2022 without clear legal frameworks in most countries.
