Ist dies eine neue verbindliche Regelung? Nein, aber auch wenn der Code nicht verbindlich ist, sollten sich alle Asset Owners, Vermögensverwalter und Dienstleister mit dem neu veröffentlichten Swiss Stewardship Code (Code) vertraut machen.
