Law No.13/19 -New Visa Law

Issued on 23 May 2019 and will come into force on 23 July 2019.

The law:

repeals Law No.2/07 of 31 August 2007;
approves a new regime on the entry, exit, and staying of foreign citizens in Angola; and
provides a 10 day renewable extension for short-term visas.

Law No.11/19 -Law on Public-Private Partnerships ("PPPs")

Issued and came into force on 14 May 2019.

The law:

replaces Law No.2/11 of 14 January 2011; and
introduces several amendments aimed at simplifying the legal framework applicable to PPPs.
