In a significant move, The Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, 2023 has been approved by both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, receiving final assent from the President on 11th August 2023.

License under the Act is mandatorily required before obtaining / applying for any other license for carrying on the business activities of any establishment.

For furthering the trust-based governance, we have introduced the Jan Vishwas Bill to amend 42 Central Acts.
