Zimbabwe has re-introduced its electronic eVisa program for 118 visa nationals (Category B under the FAQ page) which includes European and North American nationals to enter for business and tourism purposes.

By 31 December 2022, qualifying Zimbabwe Exemption Permit (ZEP) workers will need to have successfully transferred their permit to applicable mainstream visas to ensure that they can remain and work legally in the country.

There are growing trends of parents moving outside the country and leaving their children behind.

Zimbabwean nationals who were granted Zimbabwe Exemption Permits (ZEPs) in 2009 and Lesotho nationals who were issued Lesotho Exemption Permits (LEPs) in 2019 have been granted automatically extended.
