Czech police investigators have completed their probe into alleged violations of EU asset freeze sanctions and forwarded the case to prosecutors. The investigation centers on transactions totaling nearly €4 million allegedly conducted with frozen funds belonging to a designated person under Russian sanctions.

On 23 December 2022, the Hungarian government adopted a new decree3 (the "New FDI Government Decree") amending certain rules of the New FDI Regime set forth in Act LVIII of 2020 and in some other laws.
