During a first-ever Swiss-EU Summit in Brussels on Wednesday, Switzerland and the EU signed nine bilateral agreements, ranging from tax to the free movement of people.

The Washington, DC-based Center for Freedom and Prosperity has announced plans for a June 2nd "Tax Competition Conference" to be sponsored jointly by CF&P, the Heritage Foundation (also of Washington) and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation of Germany.

Notification requirements in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia are relatively low and can easily be triggered by multinational companies having any activities in these jurisdictions.
