The Competent Authority today issued a Notice on compliance with section 7 of the Commercial Entities (Substance Requirements) Act, 2018 as a consequence of COVID 19 related travel and/or other restrictions.

There have been tremendous efforts made to address all concerns of the CFATF and the FATF Regarding The Bahamas' Anti Money laundering.
