Angola has become the latest state to sign the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of other States (the Convention).

Presidential Decree 95/23 was published on 6 April and approves the new legal framework for electronic communication and processing of tax proceedings and tax enforcement actions.

The People's Republic of Angola is located on the west coast of southern Africa, bordered in the north and north-east by the Democratic Republic of Congo, on the east by Zambia, on the south by Namibia, and on the west by the Atlantic Ocean.
