Businesses registered in the Companies Register will be required to amend the scope of activity in their articles of association and report this amendment to the National Court Register.

Recording the amendment is subject to a fee of PLN 650 plus the cost of a notarial deed amounting to c. PLN 500 for professional partnerships, limited partnerships and limited joint-stock partnerships, PLN 750 for limited liability companies and PLN 1,200 for joint stock companies.
