Introductie

Ook dit jaar zijn er op Prinsjesdag weer diverse wetsvoorstellen die onderdeel uitmaken van het pakket Belastingplan 2026 ingediend bij de Tweede Kamer. Verschillende fiscale maatregelen zijn al in de Voorjaarsnota 2025 aangekondigd of via afzonderlijke wetsvoorstellen op een ander moment aanhangig gemaakt.

Vanwege de demissionaire status van het kabinet en de algemene verkiezingen op 29 oktober zijn de voorgestelde beleidswijzigingen en plannen relatief beperkt en met veel meer onzekerheid omgeven dan gebruikelijk, mede ook omdat zowel de 'oude' als de 'nieuwe' Tweede Kamer zich over de plannen mogen uitspreken. Hieronder vindt u een vooruitblik op de verwachte wijzigingen voor 2026.
