Dit jaar loofde BUREN in samenwerking met Celsus Juridische Uitgeverij voor de zevende keer de BUREN Scriptieprijs voor Insolventierecht uit voor de beste scriptie op het gebied van het insolventierecht. De uitreiking van de prijs vond dit jaar weer plaats op ons kantoor in Den Haag op 26 november jl. De winnaar van de BUREN Scriptieprijs voor Insolventierecht 2024 is Emma Verweij met de scriptie 'Third-Party releases en de WHOA. Een onderzoek naar de rechtsgeldigheid en wenselijkheid van third-party releases in het WHOA-akkoord, mede bezien vanuit Amerikaansrechtelijk perspectief', geschreven aan de Erasmus Universiteit. Emma, van harte gefeliciteerd met het winnen van de scriptieprijs!
