El 27 de febrero de 2018, la Secretaría de Finanzas de la Ciudad de México publicó en la Gaceta Oficial de la Ciudad de México el "Programa General de Regularización Fiscal por el que se condona el pago de los conceptos que se indican".

El Programa General de Regularización Fiscal por el que se condona el pago de los conceptos que se indican ("el Programa"), pretende condonar adeudos de contribuciones y sus accesorios necesarios para la escrituración e individualización de cuentas prediales, de viviendas, locales comerciales y cajones de estacionamiento, construidos, rehabilitados, adaptados o financiados por el INVI, FICAPRO, FIVIDESU, FONDECO-DF o FONHAPO.

El Programa condona el 100% de las contribuciones siguientes: Impuesto Predial.
