El pasado 29 de septiembre de 2021 se publicó en el portal de Internet del Servicio de Administración Tributaria (www.sat.gob.mx) la tercera versión anticipada de la Tercera Resolución de Modificaciones a la Resolución Miscelánea Fiscal para 2021 (en adelante RMF), misma que se encuentra pendiente de ser publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF), por lo que las reglas que se comentan en el presente Flash informativo pudieran ser modificadas previo a su publicación definitiva.
