El 13 de julio de 2017, se publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el Acuerdo "ACDO.- SA2.HCT.280617/149.P.DIR" del Consejo Técnico del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), referente a la actualización de los formatos para la formulación del Dictamen por contador público autorizado, a través del Sistema de Dictamen Electrónico del IMSS (SIDEIMSS).

Este Acuerdo deja sin efectos a los diversos referentes a: i) los formatos relativos al Dictamen de contador público autorizado para el seguro social, ii) los formatos para la elaboración de anexos del Dictamen y iii) los formatos de cédulas para la formulación del Dictamen por contador público autorizado de los patrones de la industria de la construcción.
