LAS MULTAS IMPUESTAS POR EL INAI EN LO QUE VA DEL 2016 REBASAN LOS 50 MILLONES DE PESOS

El Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos ("INAI") informó que durante el primer semestre del presente año ha llevado a cabo 30 Procedimientos de Imposición de Sanciones en contra de empresas y/o personas físicas que infringieron la 'Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares' (la "Ley").

Como resultado de dichos procedimientos, se han impuesto 22 sanciones económicas que suman 50,611,145 pesos; siendo el sector con mayor número de multas el de servicios financieros y de seguros, seguido por el de información en medios masivos y finalmente por servicios educativos.
