Last 29 August, the Agency for Security, Energy and Environment
(ASEA for its acronym in Spanish), launched its digital services
platform, denominated Electronic Filing Office (OPE for its acronym
in Spanish), a tool designed to facilitate the filing and
following-up of certain procedures for the Regulated Parties of the
Hydrocarbon Sector, in a remote way and without the need of
presenting hard copies.
For now, Regulated Parties will be able to file for the
following procedures by means of the OPE:
- Record as generators of hazardous
wastes for activities of the hydrocarbon sector.
- Record of the Administration System
of the Regulated Party.
- Record and Authorization of the
Administration System for activities of public sale of natural gas,
L.P. gas and oils.
