Progressing gender parity in the workplace is a mission close to
Fiona Hurley's heart. In her leadership role at TMF Jersey, she
strives to uphold equal opportunities in her team.
Fiona Hurley first joined TMF Group in 2016 as the Director of
Client Services based in the
Jersey office. With her leadership of client teams and active
participation on the local Board, Fiona saw the Jersey office come
out of its five-year remediation program in just three years, and
get itself into the right shape to move forward.
Rising to take on a global career challenge, Fiona progressed to
Compliance Program Director earlier this year. It's a role that
enables her to oversee TMF Group as a whole. "I am really
enjoying my new challenge, she shared. "The new role involves
working on a number of key compliance projects identified for
delivery in 2019. These will impact our offices across the globe,
it's a big change from being solely Jersey-focused to looking
at the wider TMF
