Government announcement on 27 March 2020
On 27 March 2020, the Government announced that from midnight
further restrictions were to come into effect. It announced that
everyone should stay at home until 12 April 2020, except in the
following circumstances:
- to travel to and from work, or for
purposes of work, only where the work is an essential health,
social care or other essential service and cannot be done from
home;
