Guernsey is host to 40 investment managers, administrators and custodians. It currently attracts promoters from over 30 countries internationally and others continue to show interest. There are over 80 fund management groups represented in Guernsey. So what makes Guernsey so attractive?

There are a number of reasons, not the least of which is being conveniently placed between the US and the Far East time zones and the breadth of experience which Guernsey has to offer. Guernsey has not grown into a major financial centre overnight, but rather the finance sector has developed naturally and gradually over the last thirty-five years - and collective investment schemes have been established in Guernsey throughout this period.
