Guernsey plays host to the Channel Islands' first
Sustainable Finance Week in June
Building on Guernsey's global leadership across sustainable
finance and private wealth, Sustainable Finance Week will bring
together leading sustainable finance experts, private wealth and
family office professionals, advisers and private investors from
the UK, Switzerland and Guernsey for a week long discussion and
dialogue on the issue of financing sustainability through private
wealth portfolios.
Dr Andy Sloan of Guernsey Green Finance said he hopes the event
will provide a practical forum to make a small but important
contribution to the global sustainability agenda.
"Guernsey's Sustainable Finance Week has a specific and
perhaps unique focus - how to best leverage private wealth and
capital to address the issue of climate change and the
sustainability agenda," he said.
