Australia: Freeze on new applications for the "Business Innovation and Investment program"

The Australian Government is not accepting new applications for the "Business Innovation and Investment Program", also known as the "Golden Visa" program. However, the Government will continue to process all applications submitted before July 1, 2023. The "Business Innovation and Investment Program" is currently under review by the government as it looks to introduce a new "Talent and Innovation" visa, which will include investors but is likely to have stricter rules and restrictions.
