Recommendation to work from home and lifting of contact quarantine

The Swiss federal government has completely lifted the contact quarantine as of February 3, 2022. Contact quarantine had recently become less important due to extremely high infection rates in Switzerland. However, individuals who test positive for SARS-CoV-2 must continue to isolate themselves.

In addition, the home office obligation has been changed to a home office recommendation. However, employers are still required to protect their employees from infection in the workplace, so the mask obligation remains unchanged.
