Cyprus Securities And Exchange Commission Announces New Quarterly Statistical Reporting Procedures

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ("CySEC") has announced new quarterly statistical reporting procedures for entities it regulates. They apply to Cyprus Investment Firms, Alternative Investment Fund Managers, UCITS Management Companies, Self-Managed Alternative Investment Funds, Self-Managed Alternative Investment Funds with Limited Number of Persons and companies whose sole purpose is the management of AIFLNPs.

These entities are required to submit statistical information as at 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December each year. The information must be inserted into the appropriate form, available on the CySEC website. Cyprus Investment Firms are required to complete a different form from the one used by other entities, and to report on a cumulative year-to date basis.
