Last month we published a post about O.J. Simpson being granted a parole hearing for his 2008 arrest. He was charged with:

  • Armed Robbery
  • Kidnapping
  • Other Charges (not listed)

These charges were laid after a confrontation with a sport memorabilia dealer who reportedly had personal mementos of O.J.'s which consisted mainly of family photos among other things.

During the 2008 incident, O.J. did not act alone. Five others were arrested, four of which were found guilty and testified for the prosecution. O.J. and CJ Stewart were found guilty of:

  • Assault with a deadly weapon
  • Burglary
  • Conspiracy

Stewart was later sentenced to probation, after being tried separately after being convicted. However, now, it is O.J.'s turn.
