The Latin America-based legal team of tech-enabled knowledge company, Ilumno, is made up of a number of highly skilled lawyers who fully support the organisation to create value and maintain high legal and ethical standards in the ever-changing technology regulatory framework. The legal team takes part in negotiations and transactional work in the several countries covered by the Latin America areas of operation, across multiple business units. They assist with contractual matters, providing support on corporate governance, corporate transactions and regulatory issues. The company’s Miami-based general counsel, Diana Abril leads Ilumno’s internal and external legal teams including staff and outside law firms throughout several countries in Latin America.
