Sheila Florell is the senior vice president and general counsel at Vasakronan, and has been with the company since 2005. Led by Florell, the legal department of Vasakronan deals with a large variety of legal issues, including real estate transactions, joint ventures, dispute resolution and contract law. Benefiting from the legal function’s expertise, Vasakronan successfully acquired a distinguished property in Uppsala, known as the Jewel, from Skanska in June 2019, adding a strong asset to the company’s existing portfolio.
