As our company is a big corporation focusing on many aspects of real estate businesses, we can state that a legal team covers a whole range from the upstream to downstream. We have around 33 members in our Legal Division, where there are five departments therein. We have divided the responsibilities of each department by its expertise. Those five departments consist of Document and Permit Management, Legal Document, Compliance and Insurance, Litigation and Registration and Business Laws Counselling. Apart from the legal expertise that the team possesses, business acumen also plays an essential role in serving the best practice and helping the company reach its financial goals.
