Bank Mandiri, the largest state bank in Indonesia with 1,733 branches spread across the Indonesian archipelago, employs an exceptional team of legal professionals working out of its Jakarta headquarters. The team is headed by Eman Suherman, a globally educated corporate lawyer with 20 years of in-house legal experience, and routinely provides advice in regard with all legal matters across the bank’s portfolio of activities, dealing with matters as diverse as venture capital law, M&A deals, joint venture agreements and derivative transactions.
