Additionally, the team has contributed to the joint venture agreement completed in March 2019 between itself, BOC Hong Kong Holdings and Jingdong Digits Technology Holding to start a joint venture called Livi VB with a joint investment of HK$2.5bn. The Hong Kong Monetary Authority has granted Livi VB a banking license which represents a major new investment for the company and a significant achievement for the legal team.
