According to Cheung, one of the biggest challenges for the company in the next 12 months is to utilise the latest technological innovations. ‘Hysan will carry out the “New Retail Revolution”, which involves six new digital transformation initiatives. They include smart community, co-marketing, consumer experience, retail technology and big data, omnichannel communication and third-party collaboration’, she says.
