Vivartia’s Food Services Group legal team is led by head of legal Katerina Sefteli and also comprises of five other lawyers in Eleni Karveli, Georgia Adamopoulou, Eftyhia Mpri, Mania Shoina and Eva Sarri. The legal team has a highly complex workload, mainly based around corporate and company law issues, franchising and international master franchise agreements and various corporate agreements including M&A, intercompany loans and bond loans. Intellectual property issues also feature prominently in the team’s day-to-day work. Vivartia Food Services Group consists of two mother companies (Goody’s and Everest) and a large number of subsidiaries comprising more than 65 legal entities in Greece and abroad with more than 567 point of sales. Nominating sources said they would have no hesitation in recommending the team as it is ‘constantly on top of a demanding workload while following up the Group’s open matters in a business-focused and efficient manner’.
