Yuexiu Group is a real estate, finance, transport and infrastructure conglomerate. At the core of this business is Yuexiu Property, a national real estate company that has developed over 80 residential and commercial property projects including the Guangzhou International Financial Center, one of the world’s tallest buildings. Recent examples include bond issuances by Yuexiu Property Company Limited and Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited in China, and the tender offer and consent solicitation exercise of Yuexiu Property Company Limited in respect of notes issued under its medium term note (MTN) program.
