A highly respected corporate counsel and recognised financial services expert, Maria Polczynski leads an award-winning team at one of Australia’s leading retail banks. Known for her innovative and business-focused approach, Polczynski took up the helm in 2009 shortly after the merger between Bendigo Bank and Adelaide Bank, which created the institution in its current form. Formerly a banking partner at Henry Davis York, Polczynski also chaired the Law Council of Australia’s financial services committee from 1998 to 2006.
