What has been the number one challenge that has impacted you over the past year?

The areas that present the most significant challenge regarding time requirements and complexity cover risk, governance, insurance and compliance reporting. More generally, the increased adoption of remote work across external law firms and recruitment challenges has resulted in an appreciated loss of service to in-house teams.
