We were part of the restructuring of local affiliates and footprint, integration between Shire-Takeda, divestments of non-core assets and regulatory changes.

Regulatory changes in Mexico mainly, in addition to budget constraints in terms of access to medicines.

If you had to give advice to an aspiring in-house lawyer or general counsel, what would it be and why?

I think the future is all about digital and data. For that reason, I would advise interpreting this from a business perspective, and participating in as many relevant legal courses on the subject as possible.
