Marco Salgado, founding partner at O'SP Legal (formerly Salgado & O'Ryan), specializes in Corporate Law and M&A, advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions involving both public and private entities. His practice also covers corporate governance matters and advising multinational companies on establishing operations in Chile.

He regularly advises local and multinational investors across the consumer goods, infrastructure, life sciences, and energy sectors. His profile is distinguished by a well-rounded background encompassing high-stakes commercial litigation and international arbitration.

Before founding O'SP Legal, Marco was a partner at DLA Piper Chile for close to a decade. He has cultivated a distinguished academic career spanning over twenty years, serving as a professor of M&A in the LL.M. program at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
