Babilian & Associates is a partner-led Iraqi law firm headquartered in Baghdad, with a presence in Erbil and Basra. Led by Managing Partner Yasir Al-Humairi, the firm advises multinational corporations, international investors and financial institutions on corporate and commercial matters, M&A, energy and government contracting, banking and finance, tax, employment, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and international arbitration across Iraq (federal government) and the Kurdistan Region.
