Pallant Chambers

Richard is a Civil Practitioner carrying out work previously covered by the old probate division (‘Wills, Wives and Wrecks’’) and includes most aspects of chancery work. He is currently undertaking many substantial and noteworthy disputes in the High Court and Court of Appeal. His real property work includes landlord and tenant and housing, with homeless persons appeals being a particular area of expertise. He has acted on many referrals from Shelter. He is able to accept work under the Direct access scheme.
