Guy is a Family Law specialist and accepts instructions in both Public Law and Private Law.

Public Law

Guy is regularly instructed by guardians and parents within Care Proceedings dealing with complex issues surrounding, non-accidental injury, physical abuse and chronic neglect.

Private Law/Child Arrangements

Guy also receives instruction to deal with Child Arrangements. dealing in all aspects of applications for Child Arrangements Orders and applications for Special Guardianship and relocation.
