Linsey graduated LLB (Hons) from Aberdeen University in 2005 and obtained her Diploma in Legal Practice there the following year.

She completed her traineeship with Drummond Miller in 2008, and now works as a Partner in the Family Law department in the Edinburgh office.

Linsey has over 15 years of experience in Family Law work and deals frequently with cases involving financial matters arising in separation or divorce, pre & postnuptial agreements and child-related matters, including contact and residence disputes. She also undertakes a wide range of instructions on behalf of individual clients and other solicitors from throughout Scotland in actions raised in the Court of Session, including cases involving international child abduction.

As well as being an experienced court solicitor, Linsey is skilled in assisting clients to explore a resolution to disputed matters without the need for costly and prolonged court proceedings.

Linsey is a Notary Public and a member of the Family Law Association.
