Tom is a specialist in the law of financial remedies on separation. He covers the full spectrum of financial remedy work, beginning with pre-proceedings strategy and negotiation; all the way through to final hearings. He is regularly instructed in cases with unusual features including delay cases; post-retirement divorce; unwinding agreements; and variation of novel periodical payment structures. He compliments this work with TOLATA, where he offers advice and representation on strategy, pleadings, procedure, and settlement.
