Daisy specialises in family law as it relates to children.
Daisy is particularly experienced in complex private law cases, including those involving domestic abuse/intractable hostility to contact/parental alienation, drug/alcohol addiction, mental health issues, allegations of physical or sexual abuse, transgender issues, lesbian mothers and/or gay fathers, donor-conceived children, issues of legal parenthood and complex religious considerations.
Daisy appears regularly in cases where one parent seeks to relocate with the children, both within this jurisdiction or internationally.
She also represents local authorities, parents (including prospective adoptive parents), extended family members, foster carers and children at all stages of public law Children Act and Adoption matters and is also experienced in cases involving the alleged "radicalisation" of children. She acts in cases involving complex medical and factual evidence such as that arising from possible non-accidental injuries or disputed drug test results and in cases in which there are allegations of sexual or physical abuse.

Following completion of Pupillage in October 2000 and prior to taking up tenancy, Daisy spent a term as Judicial Assistant to the then President of the Family Division, Dame Elizabeth Butler-Sloss. In 2003, as the recipient of a Pegasus Scholarship, she spent three months working at a specialist family law firm in Sydney, Australia.
