Position
Bethany’s practice involves a range of commercial matters, particularly civil fraud and asset tracing, as well as contract and debt claims. Bethany also has expertise in shipping, including charterparty, sale contracts and cargo disputes.
Prior to joining 36 Stone Bethany practised in New York as a litigation attorney with a global firm, where she was involved in defending consumer class actions alleging misrepresentation. Bethany subsequently returned to the UK where she practised as a solicitor, eventually moving in-house to work for a leading European transport company.
Since joining 36 Stone Bethany has worked on high-value litigation involving the recovery of assets by way of injunctive relief.
